The journey towards creating a landscape typically begins with two important steps: client intake and site visit. During these stages, we start with a meaningful conversation about your idea, our process and how we are able to help. This leads to Chris meeting with you at your home to discuss your vision and goals for your outdoor space.

2. Design, Proposal Contract

Chris and our team will work with you to develop a comprehensive plan that includes the project scope, timeline, and budget. This plan will be presented to you in a 3D form of your design, in addition to our proposal and contract.

3. City Permits, HOA Approvals

Obtaining the necessary permits and approvals from your city and HOA can be a time-consuming and intricate process. However, you can rest assured that our team will handle all the required documentation, allowing you to focus on other important matters. We will take care of the entire process on your behalf, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to commence your build.

4. Materials & Plant Selections

As we take care of obtaining the necessary city approvals, our team will simultaneously focus on guiding you through selecting the perfect materials and plants for your outdoor living space. We carefully consider your preferences and the overall design of your landscape to ensure that the selected materials and plants complement each other and enhance the beauty of your outdoor space.

5. Construction Plan & Timeline

With all necessary approvals and selections completed, we will develop a milestone driven Construction Plan and Timeline for your project. This will outline the different phases of construction and provide an expected completion date. Our team will work diligently to adhere to the timeline while ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed with precision and care.

6. Construction

Once the planning and selection process is complete, our team will begin the construction phase, taking care of the installation of all elements of your outdoor space. This includes but is not limited to, pools and spas, outdoor structures, fire features, waterfalls, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, lighting, and hardscapes.
